We make the following promises for our after-sales services.
1. We provide a one-year warranty period for the product we offer. This period starts from the date the demanding party signs the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate. After acceptance, life-long maintenance is provided at cost.
2. We will assist software upgrade and replacement for users and provide the latest technical information to them at preferential prices. We will provide the installation dimensions of the microcomputer protection unit in a timely manner and will give guidance on wiring.
3. We will provide spare parts to the users at preferential prices in a timely manner to ensure normal production for the users.
4. A technical exchange about some system will be organized every year.
5. All technical data and drawings will be provided to the demander in a timely manner according to the contract.
6. If the demander wants to purchase a piece of ancillary equipment related to the equipment we provide, we will provide the technical conditions and information that meet the interface requirements of our equipment.
7. We will strictly implement the minutes of the meetings held to solve relevant issues or the agreement signed. We will organize business trainings on equipment installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance for the demand side according to the contract.
8. For equipment defect elimination within or beyond the warranty period, we promise that our technician will arrive at the site within 24 hours.
9. After we receive the quality problem information from the demand side, we will reply or send service personnel within one hour. We will not stop serving until the demander feel satisfied.
